Austin Powers President A native of Wichita, Kansas, and financial advisor in the Wichita community since 2006, he joined the Board of Directors in 2019. Mr. Powers is passionate about spreading the truth and spends much of his time mentoring the youth of Wichita. His ability to maximize resources and relationships to solve problems is at the center of everything he does. He and his wife April have four beautiful children and are members of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. |
Dr. Diana Crook Treasurer A native of Wichita, Kansas, and physician at Lakepoint Family Practice since 1993, she also carries certification as a FertilityCare Medical Consultant. Dr. Crook's interests are in educating everyone, especially our youth, about healthy lifestyles so we can all live well. She is a mother of 5 children with her husband, Randy. She still has passion for playing volleyball and loves traveling all over the world. But, most of all, Dr. Crook wants to be a difference maker in the world today and inspire others to do the same. |
Lauren Fontarum Lauren is an event planner at Wichita State University with degrees in strategic communication, education, and organizational development. She has taught Theology of the Body for Teens and Theology of the Body for Teens: Middle School Edition, as well as served as a Project Freedom facilitator for the Catholic Diocese of Wichita. Currently, she cantors at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and enjoys spending time with her husband, Arvin, and daughters, Aveline and Eleanor. |
Dr. Ron Ferris A co-founder of Holy Family Medical Associates, which was created on August 15, 2000, he is also a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and carries certification as a FertilityCare Medical Consultant. Dr. Ferris is a veteran and retired major in the United States Army Reserves. He has been published as a co-author of the book, Physicians Healed. He is married to his wife Patty and has four children. |
Linda Arensdorf A retired congressional office staffer, she earned a degree in Medical Technology from Pittsburg State University where she also met her husband Norman. Mrs. Arensdorf has been active in pro-life issues for more than 25 years and also serves as the volunteer music director for her parish. She and her husband have four children and fifteen grandchildren. |
Jill George A graduate of Newman University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and a minor in psychology. Jill developed a passion for teaching chastity while serving as a missionary for Totus Tuus in the Diocese of Wichita. Jill and her husband, Greg, just celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary. She has been homeschooling their six children for the past 15 years. Jill was first introduced to Pure and Simple when her kids attended a Truth for Youth conference and is excited to help promote chastity. |
